Business Central Keyboard Shortcuts
By Marc Braune, Managing Partner
Business Central's keyboard shortcuts let you navigate pages, enter and edit data, filter lists, and post documents without leaving the keyboard. The lists below cover the shortcuts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Most are identical on Windows and macOS; where macOS differs, the Mac variant is shown in brackets. The shortcuts refer to the US English keyboard layout, and some are business-specific (for example, F9 posts a document) so they may differ in a customised solution - the tooltip for an action always shows its current shortcut.
